Currently he teaches Psychology and Perception course at the University of San Marino, Master in Industrial Design. He published more than three hundred scientific articles and authored or edited a dozen of books.

He is the Director of Design Lab at the University of California and co-founder of the Nielsen Norman Group, IDEO fellow and former vice president of Apple Inc.
Riccardo TartagliaRiccardo Tartaglia is MD, specialist in Occupational Medicine, Hygiene and Public Health, Master in Ergonomics and Certified European Ergonomist by CREE. Currently Chief of the Clinical Risk Management and Patient Safety Centre of Tuscany Health Service. Nominated ISQua Expert in 2017.
Maurizio MesenzaniMaurizio Mesenzani is a management consultant and teacher and CEO of arké management consulting services (amcservices), and Client Leader and Program Manager in Strategic Management Projects, Social CRM, Sales and Service Management and Organisational Development Programs. Maurizio is Contract Professor at University of Milan Bicocca, professional partner of the Placement Office and Partner of Sapienza University in Rome and State University of Milan. He collaborates with academic institutions and universities and he has several publications in the field of CRM, knowledge management and organisational strategy.
Oronzo ParlangeliHe is an Associate Professor at the University of Siena where he is coordinator of the Psychology Laboratory. He has a longstanding track of research in cognitive psychology and cognitive ergonomics. He was President of the of the Italian Ergonomics Society and he is currently Editor-in-Chief of the journal Rivista Italiana di Ergonomia.
Alessandro PolliniInteraction designer and cognitive ergonomics and Human Factors specialist, experienced both in R&D and product design projects. He is also researcher and consultant in Human Computer Interaction and Interaction Design. He regularly publishes scientific articles on national and international magazines.
Michele ZannoniInteraction designer and researcher, he is currently director of the Master in Interaction Design at Università degli Studi della Repubblica di San Marino. He founded Studio Altermedia, co-founded Studio Visuale and collaborated with Technogym. He worked on national and international projects, winning several awards.
Lorella CamellinaLorella is an interaction designer passionate about information architecture and User-Centered Design. In 2016 she obtained a specialist degree at Unirsm with a thesis on the Montessori Method applied to the teaching of preschool programming. Since 2017 she has been working with IUAV of Venice and BSD.

He was lecturer and post-doctoral fellow at the University of Siena, teaching HCI, research and analysis methods, cognitive psychology and interaction design. Benedetta ScarpelliVisual and interaction designer, she has been working on innovative approaches in the field of museum teaching for many years. Her knowledge in the field of visual communication ranges from brand identity to illustration to HMI interfaces in the industrial field.
Alice VerioliAlice Verioli is researcher and consultant in Organisation Design and Business Development, with experience both in Academics and Industry in business planning and service design. She achieved his university degree in Sociology at University of Milano Bicocca and she attended the post-graduated school of social media communication at UPA Milan. Alice has been working for several years in the consulting business and is an expert of community management and user engagement (smart cities projects with Regions, chambers of commerce, governmental agencies). She manages projects of citizen and customer involvement and is a member of the program “Open Innovation” in Lombardia Region.
